Salon Policies

Please read through all salon policies, if there are any questions please let me know before booking 

Laptop On Tray


Cancellations 24 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time will incur a $40 cancellation fee per service canceled charged to your card on file or invoiced through Square



Running 10mins late the service will be adjusted to fit the remaining time with no adjustments to price. More than 15mins late will require the appointment to be rescheduled and may incur a cancellation fee of $40 per service. 


Extra Guests:

Children/extra guests (with the exception of a caregiver)can not be accommodated during your appointment. Please arrange childcare outside of the salon. If arriving with children/extra guests the appointment will have to be canceled and will fall under my cancellation policy protocol.


Service Adjustment:

If you are not satisfied, please let me know during your service or within 3 days of your appointment to make needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. Complimentary accommodation fixes are offered in most circumstances, but due to the artistic nature of my services no refunds are given. 


Salon Etiquette:

Discriminatory/Derogatory statements and actions are prohibited in the salon and will not be tolerated. Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.


Confidentiality and Privacy:

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.


Saved Payment Method:

All guests' payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using my POS system. My POS system uses Square Inc., the world’s leading secure and PCI compliant online payment processor.
